Due to the potential threat of the NEW Coronavirus making its way here we are being proactive and asking all of our patients and visitors to wear masks unless instructed otherwise. Main symptoms of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) are as followed but not limited to: Runny nose, Headache, Cough, Sore throat, Fever. The Coronavirus is a common cold, Human coronaviruses are common throughout the world. Seven different coronaviruses, that scientists know of, can infect people and make them sick. Some human coronaviruses were identified many years ago and some have been identified recently. Human coronaviruses commonly cause mild to moderate illness in people worldwide. Unless you have traveled or been around anyone who may have traveled in the last 14 days or may have been exposed to the 2019-nCoV, please do not jump to the conclusion that you have this NEW Coronavirus. If you have suspicion that you may have been exposed please stay home and call the hospital or clinic so that we may help direct your care. Currently the CDC is the only one who can diagnose the 2019-nCoV.
