To our loyal patrons:
On January 4th 2018 our office sent many delinquent accounts to a collection agency, Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI). During the process we had a computer malfunction causing several accounts that were not delinquent to be sent to ARSI. We have notified the collection agency of the error and they have agreed to halt collection efforts for 30 days while we identify the accounts that were sent in error. If you feel your account was sent to collections in error please notify our office at once so we may resolve any error in a timely fashion, please call 785-258-2207.
