Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining a help desk ticket system and ability to prioritize help desk tickets in order of importance.
- Maintain and service computing environments for Herington Municipal Hospital by providing onsite hardware and software system support; identifying system improvements; upgrading, installing, and configuring systems; monitoring system performance, servicing and repairing network and workstation hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a network security system.
- Establish secure connections with outside contacts.
- Educate staff on security.
- Maintain credential databases.
Qualifications
- Applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in the IT field
- A degree in Computer Science is preferred.
