Ashley Ratzloff

December 2021 Employee of the Month!

Ashley has worked in the medical field since she was 18 years old and she has always known that is where her heart belongs.  She enjoys caring for the patients, but even more the interaction that comes with it.  Ashley was born and raised in Marion and she has a 5 year old son named RyLee.  In her free time,  Ashley enjoys watching NFL football “GO COWBOYS” and spending time outside with her kiddo.

Ashley says, “I have worked at Herington Rural Health clinic for a little over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it.  I have gained some amazing friends that are turning into family and have gained so much nursing knowledge that will help me with my nursing degree in the future.”
